Orders are usually processed the same day if placed by 12pm EST. When finalizing an order, please ensure that you supplied the correct shipping address as well as the correct billing address as listed on the credit card. All heating systems must be shipped and billed to the Billing address only.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies
Returns and exchanges of unused products will be accepted within 30 days. Please call Laser Heating for the required Return Authorization number. There is a 20% restocking fee on all heaters and accessories on returns and items exchanged. Freight costs on returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds, minus applicable restock and/or freight charges, will be processed once the return is received and inspected. All items must be returned in the original packaging and condition.

How do you ship your items?
Unless specified differently, every item will ship FedEx Ground.
Why are some items designated 'Motor Freight'?
Larger heating systems are shipped using 'Motor Freight'. We strap these units to pallet to ensure intact delivery of the unit. Some New York Zip codes between (100-104 & 110-119) will be subject to additional tariffs on free shipping items and before shipment the customer will be contacted by our shipping department.
How long will my item take to ship?
An order placed before 12pm EST will usually get processed the day business day.
I ordered the wrong item, what should I do?
Please contact us ASAP via Email or Phone with your order number and we will try to handle it before the item ships out!
Can I install a Toyostove witth out using OEM parts and accessories?
We do not recommend the installation of any heating system or Hot Water Heater without the original manufacturers parts and accessories or if the unit is not installed by a licenced professional.
Can I return ordered parts?
Sorry, Toyostove and Electrical parts are non-returnable. Please inquire before ordering.
Ground Shipping - Smaller Items and Accessories
Most of our items are shipped standard FedEx Ground or USPS. You are able to calculate the shipping cost in step 1 of our shopping cart by using the shipping calculator before completing any sale.
Orders totaling $199 will ship free to the lower 48 (Alaska not included). This will ship via Fedex Smartpost or USPS using the Saver Method. Alaska orders do not qualify for free shipping!
All orders outside the state of PA will not be charged sales tax!
If an item directs the shipping to "Motor Freight" only, it is an over sized or fragile item that cannot ship FedEx Ground. On these items we strap the unit to a pallet and the trucking company will deliver curbside. Tailgate service is available to homeowners who do not have a loading dock or a way to get an item off of the truck when the item is delivered by Motor Freight. Although you may find a nice truck driver who may assist you, they are not required to help lift a product off truck. Something free always has an exclusion or two...
This is pretty easy and applies to Motor Freight Delivery only for Heating system units. If you live in a normal delivery zone such as Maryland or Ohio, chances are you are not affected by the exclusions. Unfortunately, if you live in New York City (zip code of 10000 to 15000), or Surrounding areas is usually where these exclusions will apply. The reason behind this are the zones, tariffs and taxes imposed by the communities and the trucking companies. These rates can multiply the nominal rate and therefore make it unaffordable. But NYC is not the only city to impose such high rates, its also any community not land locked, anytime there is a ferry involved or any other unusual delivery terms.
If you feel you might be in one of these areas or zones, please call before you place your order, otherwise our shipping department will call you to either cancel or charge the correct amount minus the base free shipping charge!
